Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we do not hold properties. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
You pay a security deposit plus prorated rent amount according to your move in date. -
How old do you have to be to apply?

Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the security deposit is refundable based on condition of the home at the move out inspection. Pet fees are NONrefundable. -

It will need to be approved by the owner prior. A pet addendum and all fees will need to be collected prior to bringing the pet into the home. -
